Hi guys, I can't recall this one chinese novel I once read a summary about. It was a pretty famous chinese novel and I believe there was some underlying gay subtext (or maybe it was bl??) in it. However that wasn't the focus, the plot had the MC be a sort of supernatural treasure hunter I think?? And there was his companion who aided him along the way. Also I think it was a book and that this was a series too. Apparently I heard that there was some copyright issues so the English translation is pretty meh and not as funny compared to the actual chinese version.
Im not sure if its "I Woke Up Pregnant With An Undead’s Child" the plot is kind of similar (kind of) since mc is an archaeologist ʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔ
