Forgotten Title Historical Novel about a Maid (FL) who marries the man (A Noble) she saved from her evil masters

I'm ALSO looking for another Maid FL one, where she's a transmigrator (I think/ maybe she was reborn), and she has good martial arts/is strong. She's also smart and wants to leave the current household that she serves (because they're cruel people), so she plans to run away and happens to be swayed by/pity one of their captives (a young master that was kidnapped because of his beauty, i think one of her masters were gay) and she helps him escape. They manage to flee successfully despite numerous hinderances (and back n forths) and he proposes to her despite the gap in status. His family initially are against it (so the FL decides she won't go through with it) but when he is near to dying due to poison/depression (I really can't remember, he had no will to live), they give in. I don't know if that's how it ends but that's what I remember.
