    "This is awful..."
I don't know how this is concerning the "Isekai" genre in general, but that's just an awful novel, in particular.
Where did the pic come from?

I would throw this away after reading a few paragraphs. But the title sounds stupid so I probably would never even get that far.

To be fair the girl looks like she is about twelve, so her writing skills are probably not very developed.

So that's why the art seem strangely familiar to me. The same Mangaka for Kuzu.

It's the same thing all over other genres too: you have to wade through the ocean of shits to find occassional gems. And what's gems in one's consideration is shit in another\s. Because readers are really really fucking diversed.
Isekai is just a subgenre of a subgenre, so at least the pool of authors are limited, like a hundred or so. If you dont dive deep enough into a subgenre, and just stop at a major genre, like romance for example, the oceans of bad writings will stop you cold and you have to rely on (paid professional) reviews.
It's the reality of easy publishing nowaday. No quality control at all. Reader beware!

The problem that make it a shit script is the shit dialog AND the way it's written. Bland, no personality. Even the joke punchline is flat.
    Also too sketchy details~
(A shutin that run daily marathon around the city is not that weird if more details is added: the city is not that populated so a 4AM run guarantee running into noone at all, etc and etc...)

Well, it's pretty much 90% of otherworld novels of such genre, as well as one of my stories. I mean no common sense of all characters.
