    I've pmed and no reply. Okay, so if a mod sees this, please change my group name from kingsweetpotato to Potatoes Have Eyes But Cannot See Mt. Tai.

    Yeah I messaged a staff member but to no avail
    I've messaged Mr Tony. Hopefully he can resolve it

    You know that staff members are people and not bots, right? They won't be online all the time.
    Give them a good 24-48hrs to solve your issue. It would also help if you used the report function on your NU profile.

    @Snowbun I didn't mean it that way. I'm new to NU an I am not used to how it functions. The staff members are really nice people and have helped me before. I am just not sure if I am doing things the right way.
