TV How good is The Legend of Jade Sword?

Is it like the novel? Is it good? Anyone knows? (I don't really have anything more to say really, these are the questions that I wanted to ask.)

 

Is that desolate era you’re talking about? If so, then the novels good, one of IET’s better works imho.. it’s one my favorites tbh, dunno bout the show or manga, I haven’t seen either

 

It just started. I still haven't found it subed. So i have no idea

 

Don't expect too much, I think it will be closer to wuxia than xanxia

I just started watching it raw, and its totally different, it starts where he fights against the Serpentwing(?) and finds some red stones that produced light and knocked him out.

I have only read the first few chapters of the novel.

 

this movie is good if you are not reading desolate era novel. if you read, this is skimmed version of the novel.
1st episode start from book 2, ji ning vs winged sepent, than its continue with war between ji clan vs snow dragon mountain (book 6)^^;;

 

I think it is always hard for a tv adaption to live up to book. They have to capsulize a great deal and also make it doable.. Alot of action cant be duplicated well on their budget.Im going to check this out.. Sounds interesting !

 

Wasnt even a big fan of the book... pass.
