Above the large text box there are 8 boxes. The 6th small box has a little mountain with the sun icon. Click that one and add in the URL and boom
There are 3 ways that I know of to getting an image onto a forum post. 1st, you simply use the image button next to the smilies and post the url of said image. 2nd, you grab the jpg/png file and put it into the box you're typing into in order to get the picture there, which will then prompt a full picture or thumbnail picture. 3rd, is inherently linked with 2nd in that when you do put the file into the box being typed into it will be put in place as a side effect.
Either drag it into the text box or click the picture icon next to the smiley face above the text box and post the url.
You can also just copy the picture (from a website, etc) and simply paste it into the Editor (the box you write stuff in).
