http://www.worldlibrary.net is literally an online library for published novels. We won't list that. Edit: I've been slightly corrected. Technically speaking, it's actually okay to make a listing like this on Novel Updates, but the fact that the website in question requires a login (and a monthly subscription, to boot) means that this would have to be rejected regardless.
btw, that book, Outlaws of the Marsh, is one of the best CN-EN translations out there. It totally captures the feel of reading the original. Plus it's a great novel! Way more fun than Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
