For trolls, you simply ignore them because they make fun of you when you respond. For haters, you trigger them by saying something that is against their opinion and then sit back, watch and enjoy yourself while they preach you all about their belief. It's like watching a child crying because they didn't get what they want. You can't reason with them. They think they are always right and you are always wrong, that's their logic.
