how to make Android app

Here I'm struggling how to make Android app and I'm beginner at it.
I had task to make Android app and I was thinking making somekind of news portal but I had no idea what kind of software i need to build this app for beginner, and did you know where can I get tutorial and example app( open source please).

Very interesting and easy, but I don't know if I'm allowed to use this kind of app, and I don't know if I can make it in my laptop.

 

Android Studio. Some basic knowledge of the c++ and Java should be enough to use it.

 

why did you get this task if you have no idea how to make it?

I'm sure that you can use Unity to create Android apps but you still need basic knowledge of programming to make the scripts
Unity isn't only for Android apps, it also is used to make PC games so maybe it won't be so easy, still you can try and see if it fits you
