What Amagi is looking into is all about the Guide. Remember when the Guide stopped time and attempted to kill Amagi? Ever since then Amagi has been looking into ancient articles and stuff to figure out what is the guide. She's looking if he is some cosmic god or something else, maybe a chaos god or something, that is what she is trying to find out, its not related to AI's at all.

It is dead. It was DMCA'd and the previous translator deleted the release in NU, so I had no choice but to do it myself.
