so the first 3 chapters doesn't spoil much.. MC (Chun Li Hua) reincarnates into a fanatasy martial arts novel where the daughter of the worlds greatest villain is murdered.

Here is an in-depth synopsis:
In the fantasy novel, Li Hua (MC) is the only daughter of the evil tyrant, Cheonma. She has a one-sided crush/loves her father's disciple/successor, Yoo Ryun (nickname: Ryun; ML). In this world for some reason children are extremely rare. For hundreds of years there was no children in the family, therefore it was tradition to kidnap children and raise them to be the next leader (Yoo Ryun- ML). So Ryun was kidnapped by our MCs father as a child. Ryun seeks revenge as an adult by killing everyone, including naïve Li Hua who loved him.

Our MC is the first child to be born in 100s of years to the Chuyeon family. In order to stay alive in this world, she decides to help Ryun escape, that way she won't be killed in the future like the fantasy novel.
As MC is growing up, she's considered a genius (obviously bc she's an adult in a baby's body lol). Her cuteness overload makes all the house elders fight for her love.

The father is soooo cute. So he doesn't interact much yet, but there's a scene where the nursemaid holds her finger so that MC can hold. MC stops crying and holds the nursemaids finger tightly. The father watched intently, then stares at his hand. He wants to touch too, but is afraid.

MC being prejudice due to her knowledge of the book thinks he's looking at his hands deep in thought, thinking of different evil methods lol.

The father visits MC everyday, but he only watches and never touches. Our prejudice MC just cries every time she sees her father (its her way of retaliating so that he wouldn't visit) -she stops these antics in ch2

I read the story from ch 1-15, like the other posts wrote the father neglected her until she was 4 year-old when her father's heir (the name is confusing in one translation he was called gyoen in other translation is aku ryun but let just call him aku ryun) suddenly came to her father and told him that his daughter is in danger hence the father came to check his daughter and find out that she was being abused by her mother, the father almost cannot control his dark power when he knew that the daughter (mc) was bleeding (she was bleeding on her nose and mouth) so he ordered the mother's hand to be cut off and sealed off the place literally seal so no one can go in and out. The father tried to cure the mc by asking aku ryun to heal her since he is the only one who can (cliche plot) by doing that the father will pardon aku Ryun for not telling that he has white magic and the fact that aku ryun knew that the mc was being abused but he kept silent. Aku ryun healed the mc. So pretty much the rest of you can try to read from the discord group whom translating it.

Overall so far the story is good and even though mc is a bit stupid but she is kind and polite to others which earned her unique gifts from the elders.

 

Why did ML tell MC’s father only after 4 years? (about bullying)

 

Yes, it is getting an adaptation. The news was announced last year but it was just recently that the author of the novel mentioned when the manhwa is going to be released which would be on April 1.
