The Demon king's dad seems to become some sort of celebrity. Presumably an actor or a director of some kind and the kids get his attention by being 'cute?' and at first, he doesn't want to help but since a lighting prop hit him in the chest, the youngest granddaughter at the time use her surgery skills and voila, a change of heart.
Somehow, after the "save the demon king" scenario passed, someone make a rejuvenating potion and he and another guy with an eyepatch shrunk into a teen. I believe it regressed his mentality and makes his inner teen as in "IHATEYOUDAD" phase appear. They do what teen and dad do to bond and they made up with each other, albeit, the antidote for that situation end up regressing the demon king into a child. That is as far as the manga raw at the moment.

In the current chapter, Akari and Gran just did the deed and now she's preggy and it's only the seventh kid! Most thought it would be the 10th kid til they actually did it

Edit: The first one born is a boy (7) and the other two are girls (8 & 9)

I kinda wanna punt Queen Ciel, makes me wonder how did this Lil shit become the Queen of the Celestials, in the first place. Also, the children are not happy aka might cause a world ending disaster. But the 10th child has yet to be there

I keep rereading the chapter, like does Ciel have no life other than being Spirit of hatred between humans and demons. Like bruh, get a life. And the fact she was tiny ass spirit, what happen to a leader of the spirit (if there were one, this is just presumption)

 

The last baby is the one she is carrying in the image. The one with the red eyes and grey hair is was supposed to be Neuf(9th child) with the one with the ghost powers. I think that the author did not completely stick to the promo image. There were some changes made. For example sept and huit were supposed to be another set of twins I think, but the author made them triplets instead by adding Neuf.
