I can't download and update my apps

Uhh this problem has been bugging me for like half a year but my phone seems to have problems that it cannot download or update stuff. I had been doing what the forums in google play, wiki, etc. like erasing cache ,reboot ,re-update google play ,etc.(I even bought a new memory card just for trying to repair it...) heck I even tried updating or installing through apk but it did not work so yeah I embarrisingly say it but recently I nearly throwed my phone out of the window and luckily remembered that there's a Tech Discussion here in NUF.... Oh other than apps,games,etc. everything works fine...

P.S. I forgot the error no. that appears when downloading it and our net was cut so im only using a borrowed computer..... lol

The memory card had some weird problems (the new one) it worked at first but when I opened my phone the next time it said broken sd card or something I formatted it as the local IT said and it works now but there's some weird data or something with random-like names,symbols,etc.

I dont know how to back up-em sir... and I kinda want my one only game's data deleted....

 

Factory reset(but backup first) or...
Buy a new phone

 

*peeks at the custom title* yeah... I would love to do that ma'am but.... I dont have the money T.T to buy a new one Im just a NEET...

Just factory reset your phone.

Also the Myphone brand is really crappy, i bought one and within a month it wont open anymore.

 

Seems like your internal memory is full. Try to find any options that allows you to move apps to your SD card.
..or, backup all your apps first (try using Helium+Carbon to workaround the root requirement), and then factory reset your phone.

It might be better in the long term for you to just buy a new one, since daaaaaaaaaaaaamn that phone is old.

 

sometimes you can't download and update your aps due to having low phone memory, because sometimes the download items pass through phone memory if your setting dicatates it,
but well i advice returning to factory setting your phone,

 

my internal phone is actually fine....but still Im considering buying a new one yes but i dont have the cash....

well I want to do it also but I don't know how to back-up my bookmarks,application/game save files and Ill gladly do it....

Is your play store opening/ working fine??
Sometimes it mends by adjusting the date and time.
Also, Google play can stop working as a warning if you download cracking apps like lucky patcher, etc. Happened to me once , my tab was rooted so had to tweak some files in the root folder.
Also, it might be that the phone stopped supporting Google play app itself(say the phone specifications are not good so the company might itself pull away from Google. It happened to me.)

jokes aside that really do cause problems, i also encountered a problem when i've dealed with lucky. . .

 

First there where only a weird select few that does not download/update(namely Google but Gmail still updates...weird)
Second my phones date and time still follows the current time-zone(I sometimes use data weekly or a few days)
Third beats me I dont know how to root the folder
Fourth the company will hugely wont do that I think....

haha well I did not tried any of those...I think but I only used one apk file ones but it was ages ago...

 

I didn't ask to root, but was inquiring whether you're using those cracking/hacking apps??
Google has started being strict, it stops providing service due to something like that.
I haven't heard about the phone brand(not available in my country) but try and ask about it at customer support.
I remember, I called them and that's what they said: we no longer support Google play in new devices so we pulled away from the old devices also.

 

Oh I don't think I had those.....but is it considered a root file when I copied it from a friend's phone it was Terraria if I remember and it is paid so I think it might be a rooted one...

No, I have downloaded tons of paid apks,it's not a problem but say if you try to hack in game currency by modding using 3rd party apps and if somehow Google detects it, they'll withdraw support. And by withdrawing support I mean when you open Google play, it'll ask for refreshing and no apps will show(like when you open gp without internet). I don't think this is the issue then.
