I read that it was really dark with Leon killing all the Royal family after Lily suicide because he loves her. I was shocked as hell. Spoiler: Original Story + Zero-brains acts In the Original Story, Lily resents Leonis very much. There is a whole misconception behind the cause of Celia's death. The original cause was that her fiance was bought by the Emperor, as the Emperor feared that Leonis' curse would return to the Royal family and so when he asked for Celia to be his reward, the Emperor did not think twice about canceling the engagement of Celia Montague. However, the pretty-girl-zero-brains (aka Lily) doesn't investigate further and ends up committing suicide as a form of punishment for Leonis, after discovering that he loved her intensely. Then, Leonis goes crazy out of love, kills all the Royal family, leaving only the Princess who inherits the curse, she opens the gates of hell and the entire Empire gets fycked up. Basically, everybody dies. At least, Celia points out that, taking in considerantion Zero-brains personality, it is highly likely that she can mess it all again. So Celia must find a way to clarify the misunderstanding and involves the Zero-brains in the plan.
Here's the summary of ch32 Spoiler: Ch 32 summary It is said that although northern people are happy with Duke of Cardian, nobles of capital are not. They had prefer that the Duke is gone, which they said will make the imperial social clean, and that was a rumour spreaded by the 1st Prince, Micheal. All other princes also hate the Duke. And like mentioned in previous chapter, only the 1st Prince doesn't have powers, bcs he is not the emperor's son. But the other princes' power are also insignificant compared to that of emperor, that's why Micheal still able to sit as CP. Since the emperor awakened his power in his 30s,he expects CP to awaken late too. Thus this means that he doesn't know that CP is not his son. Leonis also wants to lift the curse before the proclamation of CP. During the his way back from palace, he received news from messanger that he put beside Celia for her safety that she wont come out of her room after she came back from the house of marquis. Leonis was worried and hurried back home, sped home on his carriage lol. The servants all know that Leonis listens to Celia lol. Back at home, she was occupied with deep thinking that she missed lunchtime. So when the servant came again, it was to inform that Leonis was back. She hurriedly kept all the books in her magic bag. Outside the husband was worried and rushed to go to her room but hesitated. So the maid announced his arrival. Celia, with her messy hair smiled and gave excuse that she was taking her nap. Leon was actually worried that she was heartbroken, that's why she didn't eat lunch. So she invited him to have lunch together, while holding his hand and said that he looked great in suit and cloak. Our Leon's ears were red lol. She hugged him, he kissed her forehead, she smiled at him, and he kissed her again (fluff overloaded) basically this part is just of Leon showing his concerns and her saying that she is okay, as well as exchange of kisses as the servant close the door lolll While Celia was lying on Leon's chest, she was thinking of how to break the curse. She was thinking about the divine beast, house of Montague, the shaman and the whereabout of the saintess since the saintess was the one called the divine beast down. She was thinking of trying to find clues at the temple. She was thinking of trying to find information on the saintess there. She didn't notice that Leon had been staring at her. And when he asked what she was thinking she kept quiet bcs she didn't want to lie to him. So Leon asked if that's something that can't be said. But after hesitating for a short time, she told Leon that she thinking of the saintess that summoned the divine beast. Leon knew the name, which was Saintess Agness. And the chapter ended with Leon asking her why she was curious of it.
Spoiler: Ch33 summary We started off with Celia thinking 'What if i said i knew his secret' while looking into his eyes. But then she told him that she was curious abt the saintess, which made Leon became stiff with tension. He was thinking how far should he tell Celia abt his curse, that he married her for the sake of necessity, since they are not married due to love. But now Leon loves her. To cover it up, Celia said that she thinks it was painful for the saintess, which she described as a heartbreak, since the divine beast that she summoned die. It is also mentioned that Celia read some documents that there's no such information on any saintess who betrayed divine beast written anywhere, which might be hidden by the then emperor and also due to the fact that the beast's body disappeared after it had been offered on the altar, so people might not noticed that the beast was gone. Leon told her that the beast was not dead, but went up to the heaven and never came down anymore. Then, Celia looked at Leon's face and felt worry. Im not really sure bcs the sentences are quite vague but i think it was Leon's thoughts. He was afraid that Celia knew the secret behind the curse. That it was the emperor's sin to seduce the saintess and kill the divine beast (shinsoo). And the descendents of the king only knew that the curse was placed on Duke of Cardian by imperial family, which is kinda only thr tip of the iceberg. The only ones knew the real truth, where the Duke of Cardian received the curse due to the emperor's sins were the Duke himself and the emperor himself (it can be assumed that that's how things went since the first greedy emperor time). Leon was afraid that the emperor would know about Celia's power (that can make his madness to be gone for a while, which led to snu lol) bcs it would make her life in danger. So he'd rather have the curse than endangering her life although breaking the curse was one of the things her really wants. And now we move to Edna (ugh). All of it are her thinking that she was jealous of Celia, of how she was a daughter of a marquis and loved by the duke. How she wants to find a wealthy merchant. She knew that Celia doesn't like her, and most maids at the duchy also dislike her. But bcs she held some of their secrets, they had to obey. She was happy that Celia was ignored at the house of Montague (talk abt jealous bish). Ugh I hate that this snake even felt proud defeating the first princess since she hooked up with the princess's fiance. And since she had 1 more year bfr her expulsion notice expires, she was afraid that people would recognised her. But then, someone well-dressed, called her by her real name, Melissa Cherotti, and knew that she was on 5 years expulsion notice. But Edna said she was only a maid. And it was revealed that he wanted to make her as the spy in Cardian duchy. Then we have the couple back. They were strolling in the garden. And Leon asked if it's hard to walk lolllllll Celia was like 'whose fault was it' lollll. He offered to carry her, which then she climbed on his back. And while being on his back she was thinking any how cool his back is lol. Though his back is cool, she couldn't appreciate it much bcs he was always behind her or in front of her (snu snu time lollllll) and was thinking that she should have touch his back too hahaha. He called her out when she was lost while touching his back (the girl is thirsty hahahaha) that she even asked him to take off his shirt the next night so she can touch it all night lolll). Thus, Leon, half happy, half complex, asked her if she really loves his body that much, to which Celia said wrong. She pinched his cheeks from behind and said she likes his voice, his face, everything, even his body. Andddd the chapter ended with Leon blushed lolll.
This one has snu Spoiler: Ch37 summary During the conversation, Celia was asking him how come he fell for her so fast. Leon answered her by saying something like, 'who won't? You are so lovely, everyone would love you' while blushing lolll. And from then, their conversation leads to snu lollll. Even when Celia told him to work he said this is more important (snu snu loll). He did her from behind persistentlyblob_blush . Leon's hands roam around her chest, teasing her n*ppl*s that were hard due to successive cl*m*xes. And when she said not there, he stabbed her when she responded the most while saying 'if u say no again i will keep on going there' blobamused to which Celia thought (but unable to say) 'even if i dont say that you will do that anyway!'. After that one session, Leon started another session lolll while saying that he will give her a lot. While they were basking in the bliss of the afterdeeds, Celia asked him if he ever investigated the saintess. Leon said yes but never find any clue. But then he mentioned that the clues given to Cardian duchy (the relics). They would see the relic after they got some rest bcs Celia was tired lolll and Celia wad scolding him in her mind 'just bcs u cant do it at night, doesn't mean that you have to do it as much as u do at night!'. Since she was reincarnated in the novel and the novel was written in Korean language, the ancient language was actually written in hangeul. Then relic that Leon shown her was a necklace with a large pendant (amber necklace with silver rims and had leather straps). And since the ancient language in the novel is in hangeul writing system, Celia could read the words written on the edge of the pendant. The words were 'Praise the goddess. She is the one descended from the lowest and returns to the highest'. After she read the words, a golden glow escaped from the pendant and seeped into Celia's eyes. Her eyes changed from blue to golden and Celia fainted. This part is Celia's thought. After she fainted she went into a dimension. The fact that goddess was mentioned was quite contradictory. This is bcs saintess Agnes actually worshipped Nedesmer, the god of sky. Nedesmer is a representative of male god and was not called a goddess. So she was wondering why saintess agnes had the pendant that praise the goddess. While she was thinking of that, there was a voice answering her 'bcs i am his wife'. The owner of the voice was a beautiful goddess with long shiny golden hair. At that time, Celia remembered that the Church of Heavenly God was famous but there was no story of the god marrying a goddess. Then, Celia asked her who she was. She answered her by saying 'he gave me the name Leta', which a name that Celia never read anywhere. The goddess also said that she was nameless for a long time (before her husband gave her the name). Then the goddess also said that she was abandoned after giving birth. Celia was confused. Bcs a goddess that married the god of sky shouldn't be an ordinary goddess. The chapter ended with Celia asking 'then, who saved me..) (sorry didn't understand much this part).
Spoiler: Ch 38 summary The goddess approached Celia and asking her if she had known abt the future. Celia then remembered that the world is from a novel. But then thr goddess said that both worlds are reality but the world she currently is in (the novel) is currently falling apart. Goddess was saying something like meeting her child on earth (a son). The goddess also said that he (idk who, but maybe the god of sky) will lift the curse if he(also idk who, might be emperor's descendent). When Celia said she will do it, there's a bouquet of penny flowers in her hands. It is a type of flower dedicated to the tombs of clergy and called the flower for the poor. There's also some info abt the flower. Other than being food supply when there's food shortage, the goddess also told her that the flowers had power to protect believers, and asked her to feed those that had stolen the divine beast's power. Celia nodded and asked why her,is she going to die after everything is done. But the goddess then disappeared. But she managed to reply her by saying 'no way, losing everything just bcs u trusted someone u love, isn't it embarrassing?' (sorry, didn't understand much). Celia woke up in Leon's arm. He was pale and tightly hugged her. While she was regaining her conscious, she was thinking that it was a pity that she (ori Celia i supposed) to commit suicide just bcs her fiance deceived her. All the other servants were also horrified. When Celia said that she was okay and she got a clue, Leon was crying. Celia immediately hugged him and asked the servants to exit the room. While being hugged, Leon told Celia that the curse was not important, she matters most to him. He also asked her not to do anything dangerous. Then Celia told him she met the goddess while being unconscious and got the clue. So while Leon was sulking, Celia told him abt the flower, now they wrote it as penina flowers (lol). Leon told her that he will take care of it. But then Leon told her that she was not breathing when she fainted earlier, which explains why Leon was so terrified earlier. Her body also getting colder when she was not breathing that Leon had to climb on the bed to hug her (they moved her to his room when she fainted). Then we move to Phil (2nd prince). It is mentioned that he had problems with women (he could not stop touching them) that the 3rd empress asked all maids to have ordinary face only, so that they wouldn't be touched by him. Spoiler: Ch39 summary First part of the chapter is the 3rd empress asking Phil what he had done that he was called by emperor, and asked him to tell her the truth, whether he really did something wrong. Then we move to Phil meeting the emperor. As soon as he came in the emperor threw paperweight at him. The emperor was angry bcs Phil tried his move on Celia, since they, imperial family needed the Cardian offspring to pass on the curse. And Montague family also became the enemy of royal family. When Phil told the emperor to give other woman to Leon (where he used the word 'bitch' for woman), the emperor threw silver pen at him. The prince still believed that Montague was still under him. While he was wondering how the emperor got to know that he made the move on Celia, he was handed a letter. It was written by Leon to the emperor. In the letter, it was saying that though Leon and Celia earlier agreed to attend the ball organised by the emperor, they wouldn't attend now bcs 2nd Prince showed interest in his wife and he wouldn't be able to contain his madness. Thus, that's why they wont be able to attend (lol Leon playing tricks here and blame the 2nd prince). He even gone as far to say that his wife can't attend bcs she was dealing with his madness and couldn't obey the 2nd prince's invitation. The prince tried to defend himself by saying that he was just trying to comfort the duchess that must be tired from dealing with the monster (Leon). Emperor then rebuked him saying abt all his past deeds of 'inviting' ladies to palace, where the daughter of finance minister committed suicide after entering palace, a countess entered a party with a knife to kill him. Then this trash dared to say that that was the girls' problem, their mental were weak. It should be expected that such things would happened if they entered a man's residence (such scum, rape most probably happened to those poor ladies). The emperor was getting angrier and said, 'since u entered the hall, that means u allowed me to kick u then'. And he really kicked that trash face lolllll. The emperor kicked him a few more times until he was satisfied and said that if the duke and duchess of cardian did not come to the ball, the next thing to be broken is his neck. Then we move to the 3rd empress again (2nd prince's mother). She also thought that only his son should inherit the throne. And then she asked the servants why the prince was beaten. The servant then answered her by saying that the emperor was angry that the prince sent invitation to the duchess.

Spoiler: Ch40 summary The first part is on the 3rd empress scolding his son. Then we move to the couple. Leon never left her side and kept hugging her. Only when she went to bathroom that she didn't allow him to follow. But when she came back, he hugged her again. While Leon was sleeping, Celia was thinking of the pendant and she would ask questions abt the pendant the next day to Leon. Next is Celia thinking of Leon's military power that surpassed the emperor, how all sons of the emperor did not qualified to be an emperor and Leon himself must had been unwilling to be an emperor. The next day, Leon told her that they were not going to attend the ball, using the 2nd prince as an excuse. Celia was thinking if it's okay not to attend the ball as the ball was in the beginning of the novel. Then Leon went out. Right after Leon left, Countess Clayton came with a gift from 3rd empress. The countess came with the intention to scare Celia, that was an order given by the 3rd empress. Spoiler: Ch41 summary While waiting for Celia, the countess was thinking of making a fuss but thought of the position of Celia, a duchess, which is higher than hers. When Celia met her, she went to Celia to represent the gift. Turn out the countess tried to slap her (which should be the gift from empress), but Celia did it faster since she knew it would happen from the novel. While grabbing the countess with one hand, Celia's another hand grabbed the countess's hair lolllll. Since Celia spent a long night with Leon (doing ehm) she had some divine power, which enhance her physical strength,and her strength was also due to her resurrected the goddess's power. She slapped the countess's face till she was satisfied lollllll served her right. When the countess said something like 'how dare u slap me, im here with empress order', Celia asked her back, 'is it by empress's order to use hand sword?' (im not sure abt that hand sword, but maybe slap?). When countess tried to say that the empress, the greatest lady in empire, was trying to teach Celia, Celia slapped her again lolllll. Celia said something like' we have 1st empress and she 3rd empress dared to say that she is the greatest lady in the empire?'. I dont understand much but then Celia turned back the countess's words by saying she would tell the emperor and 3rd empress that the countess was deceiving them. Thus this made the countess bewildered as this was not what usually happened when she threatened the previous victims of the 2nd Prince. And right after that, Leon came back (dun dun dun) and asking what happened. It turned out that as soon as the countess came, the servant went and find Leon to tell him abt it. That was why he was able to come back so soon. Although she was the one beating others, Leon asked her if she was okay. As thr countess was getting more afraid, Leon had the thought of killing her. The emperor wouldn't interfere bcs that would help with his madness. Right then, the countess threw herself at his feet, begging to be saved. Although some nobles received some punishment for killing others, Duke of Cardian never received any punishment for killing, bcs he was part of the royal family. She was only trying to scare Celia and get back as soon as that was done before Leon came back (but surprise surprise!). But Celia stopped him from killing her, saying it was not the right time.
Spoiler: Ch42 summary The countess was angry at Celia when she exited the gate bcs previously she was backed by the empress, so she dared to threatened people. Even her carriage was not there bcs the servants of the duchy misled the coachman lolll. This countess (another bad woman) stepped on the back of one of the knights that was getting the stepstool. Turned out the coachman was someone's servant (most probably Leon since later he said something like 'my master has no mercy for those who should not be touched'). One of the knights who sat beside the coachman was paralysed by a drug (the other knights are sitting inside the carriage with the countess). Those inside were not aware of what happened outside. Thus the coachman led the carriage to the County, but using a more dangerous road. Then we moved to the 3rd empress being shocked after she heard of the news the Clayton Countess was murdered. She suspected Leon since she was the one sent the countess. But in actuality, she was thinking of pushing all the blame to the countess in case her order went the wrong way. She now realised that Leon can kill anyone easily, including her and her relatives, seeing how easily he killed the countess since the countess was her aide and maid. She took it as a warning not to touch Celia from Leon. Though she was afraid, she was still unable to get mad at her son, Phil, who was the source of all the mess. We were shown that Celia had many invitations. She was thinking of accepting a few to improve the image of Cardian Duchy when he becomes emperor later. Leonis father once made donations to temple to lift the curse but failed, and made the duke angrier. There were no problem during Leon's time, but he never made any donations either. So Celia was thinking of making some connections with the Church of Heavenly God, since it was connected with the divine beast. House of Montague was said to have good connections with people. Thus, it wouldn't be hard for her, as a member of Montague to make connections from those from temple. While she was thinking of donating her money, she couldn't go visit bcs the timing was not right. She felt something was lurking.
Spoiler: Ch43 summary It was stated that in ori novel, Lily always met Fabian or 3rd prince when she went to the temple to find clues. So Celia didn't want to go there and was thinking to donate after the imperial ball. Then we move to the princess, Amelie. Her maid, Lucy was about to left due to Phil request after winning the hunting contest (dude is trash as heck). Lucy was her maid and nanny, and the one that took care of her when she grew up, unfavored by emperor. But Phil still wanted to cut any chance that might hinder him becoming the emperor. The princess never wanted to become an empress, she only wanted to live peacefully with her maid, Lucy. She also knew that Lucy was beaten in Phil's Palace. Next is the situation of the power struggle between the princes and princess. 1st prince had no mysterious power but was able to take care of 2nd prince, 2md prince who was problematic, 3rd prince who had problems with personality and the princess who was ignored by the nobles. And cardian duchy did not show support to any princes although people previously thought cardian would support 2nd prince too bcs the duchess came from House of Montague who supported 2nd Prince. But not anymore since the murder of Countess of Clayton. The nobles were expecting Leon to leave the his wife at the ball behind so they can start their hunting (as in, going after Celia for whatever reason). Next we move to the emperor and Phil. The emp asked the progress of Phil persuading Leon to attend the ball. Although he never went to the duchy, Phil told the emperor that he was working on it. Then he was shouted at by emperor. When he left the room, the emperor thought that it would have been better if 1st prince had the power, instead of 2nd prince. On his way out, Phil met Michael. Both of them were having verbal fight. Something like Michael scolding him for trying to mess up with a powerful duchy, while Phil retorted by saying that a prince shouldn't bowed to a monster and only half like him (1st prince that didn't have the power) would think like that. They continued their verbal fight until the end of the chapter.
