Thank you, I knew it did because it featured a novel, but I tried searching under a lot of different names including the Korean name in order to find it without success. I found this strange, so I assumed the forum was under a name that wasn't well-known or wasn't made.
There’s 3 antagonists who are all related to her. They’re all more infuriating than the other. The red hair woman I think is their aunt ??? Seems interesting but a big bitch. They kinda “join forces” ??? Maybe try a play each other but who knows
Spoiler: The real villain The real villain in this story is the Demigod/Goddess. She was the first empress of the Mythos Empire. She married the first Emperor, who was actually a golden dragon. She had four children (if my memory serves me correctly), and one of them was the real culprit that led to the downfall of the FL family. The first Empress wanted to become a Goddess, and in order to do that, she had to sacrifice many humans and extract them into a black liquid, this black liquid was used when the first Empress performed the ceremony to become a Goddess later.
I just saw the manhwa and I can't seem to like the ml. But maybe it's because the manhwa art, he is not attractive enought to become the ml or the manhwa pacing that feel to rushed and give me many plot hole
I don't read Manhwa, but I read the novel. In the novel, I quite liked the male lead. Spoiler: About ML The male lead is named Rashid, I forgot his last name. He was a prince, whose his Empire was destroyed by the Empress and her children. ML is the 8th high ranking wizard. He survived because when the Empress and her children destroyed the Imperial Family, his father and the Imperial Wizards hid and froze him in a magic circle they hid in the deep of the Imperial Palace. And fortunately, the Empress and her children couldn't find him. Spoiler: About The Villain Actually ML is the descendant of the Empress (the real villain) and the Golden Dragon (the first Emperor of the Mythos Empire). In the beginning, the Empress was human but when the Golden Dragon left her and went to the world of God, she couldn't accept it. And I forget what she did next but she managed to become a Demi-God. And then she still had the greed of wanting to become a Goddess. Spoiler: About the Ending FL became King, and ML became her secretary. FL's older brother became Duke.
