For the bullshit he caused Raul loses his position via demotion and pay cut. This fucker is exhausting. Even after the main Queen and the King forcibly break the engagement he still stalks, corners, overly familiar and tries to emotionally manipulate her by saying they were childhood friends and this is during her fucking work hours.

Well, the story tries to put multiple partner MC can end up with, but she mostly interacts with one of them only. Her interaction with the widowed knight is platonic, while she went on a date with the other. Unless Mister widow grow a spine, I bet he will lose.

To be fair, the story itself isn't that stupid. Except for Fiancé and princess's follower.
MC uses a smart way to investigate the thief case and call for help without her kidnapper noticing. But it's true, the author makes his protagonist shine by lowering the level of everyone else.

Any new spoilers? I certainly didn't feel any badump worthy scenes on the date with glasses. Sure, we had one important panel with a big blush but it was negated with a ruined mood on the date and glasses constantly teasing her after that. So far, I'm still stanning commander dad route. Kid needs a new mama and since MC is so dense in romance and just wants to work, having a kid already who likes you is a win
