Discussion If you could go back in time, what is the one thing you wanna do over again?

Just curious discussion. What are some things you would change or start all over again completely different?

Feel free to sprinkle in your regrets too.

 

Wait, do you mean like go back and change a single thing in my history? I wouldn't do anything with that since I don't want to extinguish my current self. If I could properly time leap back into my younger self I'd most focus on stabilizing my grades and knowledge, and probably trick my classmates into having the same interests as me. I would also get myself a top of money by setting up the library computer to mine bitcoin for me back in the early days of crypto so I would come out of schooling with quite a lot of money.

 

Stop myself from being born. I do not want to relive my past experience anymore. I'd rather not exist at all tbh.

 

I'd go back to when I was in third grade when I was caught eating something . Or did I ? I don't remember much. You always want to forget your embarrassing moments,right? Or fourth grade because I still remember I acted as the stepmother of Snow White and wore a witch mask and my classmates teased me about it. I'd rather not participate.

 

I would go back and fix my grades T-T

 

Or maybe with my current knowledge,I could skip grades or participate in Olympiads.

 

What I did in my younger junior highschool years... Ooooooh the freaking mistakes I did everyday was sooooo horrible that until now that my parents still remind me about it..

 

I would try to be a better child to my parents, not hold back myself when I want to say something and have more fun and treasure the time I had with the people I were with back then. Fixing my narrow mindset back then is also something I want to solve as well. I honestly think there could've been so much more I could've done if only my mindset was a bit more broad. I have a lot I want but isn't it normal to be selfish if we would have the chance?

 

I would fix my grades and stay away from the toxic teachers I met

 

8th grade maybe 7th was good, 8th wasn't

Just..... Make connections, save my family's wealth or something. I don't know, make sure I don't grow up into a sack of shit or smth. Too many regrets to choose from.

 

Probably go back when I was a kid and finally talk to people and make a lot of my friends so that i won't be lonely in school~

While also trying my best to help my parents and my siblings~

 

I'll probably be more proactive with my social life, I wasted so much time watching, reading and playing video games that I missed a lot. I don't regret what I did, because I thoroughly enjoyed myself and also didn't get into trouble. Looking back, I never really enjoyed living, and just enjoyed the life written or made by others.

 

I would probably call the cops on the parents of an acquaintance.

It honestly took me way too long to realize how fucking pathetic some parents can be in plain sight.

 

Hm~ I wish I was a bit more self-aware in elementary school. I was apparently mean to others without realizing it myself which kind of left me not knowing how I offended them...

In general, I would try a bit harder when things got tough instead of giving up quickly when easy tasks got to a certain difficulty level

 

I would start my transition process much earlier, preferably while I was a still a child. I would already love my body by now if I had done that.
