I only watched the anime so I don't know much about others. I only know I don't like Suzune. But I guess Arisu is worth conquering.

He explicitly stated that one of the only hobbies Fang Li has is to read detective fiction, which is a sub-genre of mystery fiction, and it's precisely that that is Hiyori's fondness. Yea, don't mind it. But in essense it should be a crucial resource though. It shows that this is another novel that screams "Author is god."
