Forgotten Title I'm looking for a world-hopping novel where the original owner already has a transverser

So it is a BG novel, though this arc does not have romance. The original owner dies from drowning and a man from modern days occupies the body, (it is set in ancient china). He is much like a tyrant and even forces his sister to serve him, not as a bed maid, but more like a servant. Then the mc comes to occupy the body and makes everyone believe that there is someone else occupying his body and forces the transverser out.
