Recommendations I'm looking for evolution/mutation

I'm looking for novel/rrl which :
1. MC is human, can evolve to another species or in the world, human can evolve to another species (animal/plant/monster/alien/robot). It ok if mutated.
2. Evolution/mutation is permanent, once evolved/mutated, can't revert back.
3. It is ok, if a part of the body mutated like 3 eyes, growing wing, long ear (prefer full body mutated).
4. It is ok, if transfered/reincarnated to another world and became "non-human" but these "non-human" still has room for evolving (example : kumo desu ga, nani ka, mc was a lesser tarratect spider and can evolve to big spider)
5. If it is science/sci-fi should be there is explanation (virus, darwin theory, abducted by alien, work of god), if it is fantasy should be there is evolution tree.
6. MC isn't a goblin (sorry no offense).
7. No job/class/title upgraded like knight -> paladin / priest -> high priest.

Not exactly what you seem to want. But similar.
In regards to my reincarnation as a slime, I personally love it, very fun, good story and compelling characters

 

Swallowed Star isn't about reincarnation, nor evolving into some other type of organism.

Lol no goblin hahaha try Spirit Migration no mutations but the Mc can take bodies of monsters/animals. The Mc isn't exactly human but was one. He died in a dungeon and became a sprite/consciousness not many chapters and slow updates but fun read.

I had another series but can't remember it so I'll get back to you on that.

However, the test reactor went above their expectations and completely and thoroughly destroyed Earth. The cryogenic stasis craft had been blown into a wormhole and after a few hundred years, it’s autopilot had been finally once more been engaged.

but i prefer the MC not get power-up because of the virus. I prefer if the MC become a zombie (pale skin, red-blood eyes, sharp teeth, can spread the virus)
