Forgotten Title im looking for old original from gravity tails

the guy was in an ancient shop, bought a azure pin and died and got reincanated,
soon his body was about to explode with power(he was still baby) but some soul in body made contract with him and saved him
thus began his journey or power ups
he lived in village far from city but could use the help of soul in him to act as mysterious expert
he helped the city with windmill plans and health insurace plans
then went in some secret underground area for training for years ... thats where i stopped before
