hmmm.... I went and saw the cover of the novel and I liked it... It was really cute even though it was just stick figures
there is some mystery hidden in some arcs, btw ^^ the whole plot isn't always right or doesn't describe many things. it focuses mostly on the protagonists and what happened to them, but not who was behind the scenes, etc. the MC had to find that out himself to solve some occuring questions. in the 3rd and 4th arc, the MC had to solve the puzzle bc the plot ends with the ML's death and we don't know how it really happened. and since he wants to prevent ML's death and change the plot, he has to find out the root of the evil you could say xD and the system is quite cute, but also kind of dumb (although it claims to be a high IQ system) and doesn't know the whole plot, either. he only gets the information from his shared data with the other systems. so if you want some mystery detective work, this novel also contains it
Skimmed ending. It's HE and mostly consists of MC and ML flirting, play-acting, and having sex all over the place. LOL. Also, the reason for the system is because ML is some kind of OP god of all universes who got his 'soul' fragmented. Every IQ task is actually a task to gather a fragment of ML's soul. By the end of novel, enough of ML's soul is gathered that he's already quite OP. It's hinted that he and MC go through more worlds afterwards to get the rest of the souls. ML uses this as endless opportunity to eat MC's tofu do the pa pa pa lol. Unlike other system + world-hopping novel, ML seems to have same personality all the way through. He just spends less and less time in each world as 'low IQ' lol.
Not gonna give spoilers, just wanna copy paste some squeal from chat about the first arc happy ending. Only just started MTL'ing this, but would really recommend - the MC is SO AWESOME. Spoiler: 1st arc HE is so sweeeeet Guys I really like the MC in this one lol He's smart and capable And hates being bored Ok so after the drama with the female protagonist is wrapped up and she goes to jail or wherever MC waits for ML's iq to go back to 100%, which is about 45 days after their first kiss at the Ferris wheel Then he sits ml down and asks him three questions (ML sits down and answers with a straight back like he's answering a teacher, lol) "Do you like me?" "I know I have some strange secrets, do you like me?" And last "I hate being bored, if one day you make me feel bored I will leave can you accept this?" Of course ML answers yes to all three AND HE REALLY DOES accompany MC and arrange things and activities so MC isn't ever bored All the way until MC is dying of old age AND HE PROMISES, that in the next life, he will accompany MC to do non-boring things and then kisses MC's wrinkled forehead and MC closes his eyes Just, they spent a lifetime together aaaah so sweeeeet

I got to 3rd arc featuring eunuch!MC and Emperor!ML. LOL at MC at the beginning being salty about being a eunuch and also about ML (without his IQ) going ga-ga over the female protag. I also feel a little sorry for the system in this novel, it's so meng~ What a cute little flying ball of light~
Mee too, I'm also at the 3rd arc now. @scriptor XD Poor bullied system, so cutee~ I want one too master!! LoL System is so pitiful, especially in arc 2, bullied by MC everytime they chat..
I'm lurking in every thread but I love all the spoilers posted, best thing ever being in @alexfilia poke list. I hope someone will translate this cause I'm not sure if I could mtl, but sooner or later I know I'll be trying. There's too much pretty morseful to taste to not be tempted!

it think it's pretty easy to translate (even the xianxia world arc one) and it is written in a nice straight way. there is just some suspense to the mystery surrounding MC and the plot ^^ in arc 4, the whole plot was kinda askew aince the beginning and MC could only find out the reason after some time and puzzling over it. it's really interesting so far and i kinda get the feeling that there is a great/big picture in the background. in arc 5 (i think?) where i am, it's kinda a school arc and when MC just got into the host body, the system wasn't there with him. even calling him didn't work.
Thank you @azure_sea I think I'll give it a try, I like a lot this kind of MC and the fact is helping ML gaining some IQ, in some novels I read I'd really liked to have that option handy!! My only fear is to fall in the rabbit hole and once I started mtl never coming back!
I just started this arc too! What is the task (the one that raises the ML iq by 2%) that is making the MC angry? I couldn't understand the MTL help~
