Thought she'd be mature after a few years but no, still dumb and blackmailed MC for her own mistakes just because she's too egoistic to apologize.

Everyone calling Amy out on her crap but then there are some people calling her best girl and defending her? I know yall wouldn't do the same his the roles were reversed. She is a brat. Instead of apologising and getting it on with she does this fake personality thing. Call me bitter or am way too loud blah blah. Some people who say it's just a manhua but it's almost has if manhuas aren't emotionally attached.

He only come out of the infitine world after he sure about his existence and whats he really want.

In infinite world, he travel to many world, done all the work to serving humanity and the reason he return from the infinite world is because he love Amy.

2nd redemption* will happen when Alpheus' Master terrorize the school... In this event, Amy and many of the students and teachers forgot everything, and all of them are being held hostage... Shirone and the gang rescued them, though a battle can't be avoid, they manage to do so... When Alpheus' Master is defeated, some of the students came back to sense but there's an explosive* magic that was planted somewhere in that place... So to rescue them safely, Shirone cast a big teleportation magic to all of them... When he finished teleporting them, Shirone was only crying Infront of Amy before he became good as dead... So in the span of 10 days being coma( but good as dead, not even breathing or hearth beating), Amy is one of those who take care of him and oppose the idea of making announced that Shirone is dead... This is the start of me thinking that she's now a good girl...

It'll happen on the Vacation when Shirone invites Amy to go to this certain island (which is also a tourist spot for some nobles) together with Lian and Tess... Lol that's some blinds you've got right there. I take it you don't read shoujo (or even some shounen with prominent romance or, worse yet, harems) much. Because in many works FL gets treated like trash by ML for literal YEARS. And often the only thing she gets in the end is some half-arsed apology or, sadly even more common, a rubbish arc where it's explained that everything the man did was because he was poisoned/bewitched/abused/etc by another female character, so she can't even get a proper closure because the author refuses to admit it is his fault.

And that's just for romantic MLs, I won't even go into the whole trope with the trash dads, brothers, other 'caretakers'.

And, btw, she only 'treats him like a maid' for a few chapters. She grows genuinely concerned and tries to help him after that, even if it's in a somewhat tsundere fashion. But she doesn't abuse him verbally or physically.

Also, I find it interesting that sexist rubbish like you only focuses on hating on the FL. There are other male characters in this work who did way worse than her (especially the bullies) and get off with a slap on their wrists. Honestly, the way bullying is completely let off in this school is disgusting, and even the male teachers are annoying and unprofessional, but it's treated as okay bc of their childhood traumas apparently. Heck, even his blue-haired friend was obnoxious as fck when they met. But it's funny how everyone just ignores that fact that he brought so much harm upon a commoner butler who was completely in his mercy. Like, MC could have literally been executed multiple times bc of his 'friend' but ppl just let it go because it's guy friendship.

 

im coming here hoping to find some information abt his development to become great mage, but what i found so much here is the romance.
can i ask why? i mean, why many people focused on the romance?

As of ch 770 (this is the chapter I stop reading for now), Shirone is now a graduate of the school as the top 1, also now a member of Ivory Tower... He specialized at Photon Magic (thanks to his friends) and Angelic Transformation (this is his OP form)...
This is his achievements so far, but take note that it's not in the proper arrangements and some might be missing. And also correction is needed.

-I put awhile ago his first achievement, which is he rescue the whole students and teachers from the terror attack..
-His second achievement is the investigation that he did on his first summer vacations. He's investigation is about the secret of a certain woman he met during his coma.
-Third is he also learn super fast, in his first year, he climbed from class 7 to class 5 within 6 months. And before the end of the year, he rise in class 4.
-The fourth one would be... He blast the 'Heaven'(I call it this one coz I forgot what is the actual name of the place; and this is where the Angels resides), and to rescue the woman he met in his dream(but it's not actually him who lead this attack)...
-Fifth would be.. He raised into a top 1 as a graduate of the school, though he isn't the strongest student... But thanks to the Kingdom's idiotic plan, he nearly didn't graduate (and a certain princess nearly did kill herself)... But thanks to the Ivory Tower, everything the Kingdom did is now useless....
-Six... He is one of the qualified to enter ther Ivory Tower, but to gain the entrance, he needs to do a mission to hunt a certain 'someone'(I forgot the name). That 'someone' is very dangerous that he could be comparable to a terrorist, and almost a God... While he failed that one catch that mf, he still win the Mission coz the other one who take mission back-off on entering* and the other absorb that 'someone' and fled the scene...
