No, there is no penalty. But it is useless:
- NPCs (well, most of) can't see or touch things especially related to Bloody City like Bloody Crest.
- Even if an adventurer found a way to tell NPC X, he would immediately receive a quest "Kill that NPC X".

 

Then why Isn't it a outright rule to forbid sharing information to them?

Isn't Bone and Joint Dislocation Hand skill supposed to disappear since he was taught by another Adventure.

Also do they meet the western adventures they worked with again again.

 

It work similar to BrainBrust.exe in Accel World: Once you have it, you have one and only one chance to pass it to another. The difference is if you acquire Practicing Manual from teaching, you can't teach it to another.

 

Oh. I thought the skill disappears over time if you don't relearn it after some time.

 

Where are the mtls for this? . This is one of the few stories I'm willing to put up with the headaches from reading mandarin mtls...

 

I think you replied to the TL or editor heh, but yeah I checked the raws some months back, like usual you just google the chinese name you'll find on NU.

Afaik nobody is uploading any ready-made MTL though if that's what you're looking for (like LNMTL or some MTL site), at least not that I know of

 

That's the point of Praticing Manual: once learned, you'll never forget it or need to train it again.

You'll have to read a massive amount of MTL. It's like a detective novel: one answer lead to another mystery (in fact, there are plot twists in the chapter right before final chapter)

I'm surprised he didn't spend money on a better minicomputer...taking satellite control would have HELPed in the Avengers world.

 

For Terror Infinity its more plot armor than luck since Zheng is hardly luckily aside from his good genetics. Do agree with UE though.

 

Plot armor is luck...

UE is a psychopath or sociopath...the only redeeming feature the MC has is reorder his adoptive father, and sibs.

At least in IA the MC tries to treat the npc as human...and while ruthless he doesn't enjoy killing.

 

I don't consider them exactly the same. Its a paper thin difference. A lucky mc has good things happen to them repeatedly. A mc with plot armor somehow always overcomes situations he shouldn't. There are too many times Zheng in TI leaves a world with little to no rewards or losses for me to call him lucky

 

I couldn't read TI more than one volume. You're right about plot armor not being luck...but if the author loads the dices for the MC to advance the plot, it doesn't seem that much different...he always gets what he needs.

IA it seems that the MC takes maximum advantage of the situation...he's made A ratings on his first two missions by thinking, and using the information he has at the time, and taking rational risks, that are logically consistent with the rules of the world as laid down by the author.

Good world building on the part of the author. . That's the important difference to me between an interesting story and a boring one...internal consistency. I much prefer that over enough luck to find the items and skills he needs to get stronger. Using the things you find skillfully is more interesting than OP items.

 

You really neef to read TI to see what I mean. It unlike most stories where the mc gets one op item or power after the other... though in a bad way. I liked TI, but I wrote a review about why I dislike it.

 

They just have 9900 BP left. Buy a Rank C which can control satellite will cost 9000 BP, then they can't buy potions and other necessary items.

The author already said it bluntly: this is Main Character Halo.

 

In the raws did they use more offensive word than idiot? Just asking since its actually impressive they didn't use it.
