i been reading A Record of a Mortal’s Journey to Immortality for a while now, just wanted to know if in this novel where MC has his own Harem. As far as i read, i see many potential Match for MC. just wanted to whether this is Harem or not.

Many people wouldn't have read the story till they know answer to my question. and this question has not been answered in currently translated chapters. There are many who are not sure about question, same as me. as they should not feel left out from the poll, so i gave that option

He's shown that he appreciates beauty, and some of the women he finds well attracted to. But he chooses to stay on his martial path, not being steered by the heart.

The story seems to stray from the Harem side. Some scenes appearing awfully close to it, but then backing out into what we know our MC does best, being asexual.

Is RMJI an harem the answer is no.The MC is super dedicated to his cultivation and also a little paranoid about trusting people (can you blame him with that childhood) so he actively tries to avoid any romantic or close relationships.He meets tons of women that show at least some interest in him but they are all relegated to friends ,business partners and contacts .However he does end up in a love triangle with 2 girls but it's a super minor subplot and it will not take an arc or anything like that.

This novel is a true xianxia like ISSTH, and perhaps even more than that. MC is focusing to cultivate to immortality so barely any romance for a loooong time.

 

He has a single wife by the end of the serie but he also has 2/3 complex relationships with other females which were left ambiguous when he went to the immortal realm at the end of the novel.
RMJI seem pretty cool at first but you will feel bored out of your mind in the thousand chapter step.

 

Will his wife the one he bangs at the trial grounds become an immortal with mc and live forever never having to die unless killed and go to the immortal realm?

 

With this rate of translation release, I'm not sure.. I stock the chapters and binge every month or two
