I read a bit of it (100+ chapters) but the MC doesn’t seem to be into women that much. Maybe because he was a crow for so long? Does he start to have some love interests and how far into the novel does that start? Is the woman who follows him from the other sect fairly early on one of them? Thanks.

It's a kind of harem where MC seem to don't care about those "maids" around him, so technically, yes, it is a harem. He does have a love interest but that was a Long Way into the story.

In the strictest sense of a harem where every harem member is a love interest of the MC I think that Emperor's Domination may not work. The MC really only has 1 lover/love interest type of person so far imo. The rest of the girls may like him but he just wants to train them to "reach the apex" since he likes their potential and attitude.

Yes, he's surrounded by women (kinda logical considering he's some-aeons years old) Yes, those women are attracted to him No, it's not a harem afaik till the latest translated chapter. I forgot which chapter it was, but one of the women said that he will, eventually, found someone that's worthy to stand by his side. He himself can be considered as"returning their affection" to those women, yet he still doesn't have a proper wife/first woman.
Yes, Emperors Domination is a harem. Just that our dear MC has little sexdrive. If harem etc. is what you are looking for, it's not the best. Just read for the satisfying face slapping. There's a lot of it and you know it's always satisfying.
It is a harem in a sense but you need to consider few things. A king would have a lot of lovers, concubines, bed warmers and so on... the MC has lived for what, billions of years? He was a kingly figure in the shadows, he had plenty of encounters and so on. Another thing to consider, the only one that can be considered his wife was the empress that was the most powerful immortal emperor ever. So, for the MC... only someone on her level could be his wife. Also, the MC does have a lot of relationships and so on but he has a goal, which can take countless of years or a single generation but also, it is a goal that is likely to lead to death. So, he does not want to bring any girls with him in his final journey... only if they somehow convince him or somehow choose persistingly to follow him(like the woman who achieved perfect in the immortal time physique). Edit: So, this is not the ending where the harem is all married and so on but rather, the harem is a thing of the time... it is a side story that appears and goes by, cause there is a ultimate goal of this novel.
The king is back to reign over the world and all existences in the universe, to create three hundred billion imperial concubines in your harem and marry millions and millions of fairies…
even if he bs about how only the most talented and beautiful can be his followers somehow plot armor kick in and he encounters lots of them
