I'm new too in writings,could you give me example of your works,i need some references because it felt like my story was missing something
I'm not sure if you'll even read this message, as you haven't logged in since Oct. 30, but... Okay, here's my input, though direct as it may be. To be blunt, your grammar is terrible. Yes this is a forum post, yes people can understand you, but your skill you displayed is not good enough to write a novel people would enjoy. Please read articles on sentence structure. Of course, this can be mitigated by a good enough editor, but it's your novel, and an editor shouldn't be doing so much. The idea sounds good though, and I'd love to read it. Don't pay attention to the people telling you not to copy Tolkien's races. It's your story, and such a detail is truly unimportant; what people actually care about is the plot and characters. Before writing, you should always think of the entire plot. You can make slight changes in the middle, but you must always know what you are writing. Japanese suffixes are fine as long as you explain beforehand. Even put TL notes! Like: "Ah, you're the man who killed my daughter." "Yes. You finally realized?" "Brother... why?" "Do you remember? If one of our children became one of those damn children of God, the other one of us would kill her." "Yes... but, Aiko only had a part time job as a shrine maiden!" (TL note: children of God is pronounced the same as shrine maiden in Japanese) "What!? You're the one who said that she was a child of God!" "I told you that she became a shrine maiden!" Bonus Japanese: 「あ、俺の娘を殺した人だ」 「ええ。わかってえのか」 「兄貴......なんで？」 「忘れねえ？神子になった俺らの子供の一つなら殺すだろう」 「覚えた......ただ、あいこが巫女としてアルバイトした！」 「何！？神子となったっていうおめえだ！」 「巫女となったって俺がいった！」
