sorry I can't really remember exactly what people thought/says about their relationship but I think it's about how great their love story is or something along those lines.

LMAO welcome to the club! Yeah, I mean MTL tends to do that...

 

Currently at chapter 42, but I'm getting a bit confused here (there's too many things happening and MTL is not helping much lol). MC is around 15 years old and ML is 11 (?), and they currently trying to join a School (?) or Sect (?) where they had to compete with other people and there's this part where they have to collect/steal green Jade or red Jade from other competitors to gain more points. Can someone like summarize what the heck is happening here? Better yet, summarize this whole thing in this competition (?) part... My poor brain is fried

 

Iirc:

- they have to safely traverse a forest filled with demon beasts where the threat are not only the beasts but also the participants.
- Ziyan and Zirong joined this group with a girl as a leader that has a beef with Ziyan, but still Ziyan believed she won't backstab him
-because Ziyan was quite high level, they went through quite easily but they lastly met this strong demon beast that tried to attack Zirong. Zirong noticed it ofc but pretended he doesn't. Ziyan went in front of him and protected him with his body. so when Zirong saw Ziyan bloodied protecting him, he was convinced that Ziyan is a gift sent by god yada yada and went yandere from there.
-the second part is collecting that jade whatever. Because Ziyan did splendidly in previous round, he got 2 jades from the start. but this round was smooth because they just rob from people and people can't rob from them lol
- near the end they met this bathroom guy (MTL) and fought. Ziyan won and the bathroom guy went You're fit to be my friend (yeah the kid is a tsun)
- so they passed the round
- the third, they need to go into this one realm (?) where the pressure increase the farther you go (not sure about this) and more dangerous foes will you meet.
- Ziyan found this one statue (?) and meditated there and, like, pass out(?). anyway he was the longest that stay there and supposedly chosen as disciple of a high rank cultivator. but someone intervened and got ziyan as his disciple instead. ofc Zirong followed.

 

This was during the Xu family test.

This was the first part of the trial to join the sect.

The 2nd part was traversing the mountain with a rope like weights.
-ZiYan almost fall because he's kinda trap in an illusion but was snapped awake by ZiRong.
- They came across a lake that has mermaid on it.
- ZiYan thought it's friendly and approach. Meanwhile Zirong is frozen due to the mermaid incantation(?). ZiYan was mesmerized by mermaid then remembers ZiRong just in time before the mermaid almost killed him. Then battle ensue while ZiYan reminded himself of the world his in.
-They killed the mermaid. Then move on. Then 3rd trial.

 

I also stopped at that part. Too difficult to MTL and there wasn't much romance.

 

Whoops. Forgot about the rope and the mermaid. I only remember Ziyan piggyback Zirong down the rope. Or at least carry him down.

I stopped around there too. Cant understand much after that.

 

MTL can really kill the brain lol
Well the romance part wasn't that heavy since they're still kids(in ZiYan's perspective)

 

someone pray for me that the mtl getting harder doesn't mean the language gets harder...rip....
