Though if he was in a film with Will Smith I would like to see that. Could be interesting.

 

I can't decide which is more ridiculous, that you think Jackie Chan isn't popular, or that you like Karate Kid

You mean that movie about the drunken fist? That was hilarious, especially when his sidekick and he lose that smuggled ginger root and take a substitute from a houseplant.

I've never watched any of his newer movies in the past 5 years~

He has only one official son that he acknowledges in front of the press, but it's a known fact among people that he's got lots of other unofficial children from different actresses/models.

There was this girl who was one such a child in my old school. Everybody always asked her about her father (Jackie Chan) and she would get so mad because she hated his guts. (He didn't treat her mother right)

So now you may know where I'm from \(~.~)ㄴ
Ah but that doesn't have to do with his acting, he's a successful actor because he knows how to be funny.

 

I thought he just retired from stunts in his movies. Are you saying he's fully retired?

 

I loved practicing drunken boxing when I was younger but I was lame and became a fanzi quan master.

 

I love his movies and he's a good man but his comments are sometimes controversial ,i've heard he's not very popular with some chinese.

 

I think he still acts in made for China films. Be prepared for really corny plots and tons of government approved anti-western stuff if you try and watch them. Dude is a paid communist party spokesperson now. They basically roll him out to berate Hong Kong every time there is social movement there.

 

It's a generational thing the kids coming up now only hear about Jason Stathem... Staterhem... Stayhim... Statellim. Whatever his name is.
