    I don't think the first I would be thinking about is the killer, but rather the deceased here.

    Regardless of how you're going or not going to kill the culprit, you ought to be doing all you can for your loved one, right? Who's got time for some douche-bag when your would be future wife/husband is lying cold on the ground?

    If the legal system caused that will pay for his crime would not do anything. BUT if I loved my fiancee and the guy escaped would kill him for revenge
