    I was searching for novels to read on novel.naver.com and I selected a novel that I liked. I google translated it and found that it was much more readable. Sentence formation and grammar was up to the par but there was a problem in translating the names(as they were translated literally, not as a name). So I was wondering if Korean MTL has already advanced so much that just with a little bit of editing we will be able to understand it fully? Even articles on naver.com google translated make something understandable(unlike Chinese and Japanese MTL)

    Do you realize that the longer you read mtl, the lower your standard for grammar becomes?

    It has been months since I have read MTL(and I didn't even read that much MTL just 50 chapters). I was just interested in reading some KR novels so I went to naver.

    Its not just grammar that suffers, it slowly converts your to engrish as well.

    My 'up to the par' grammar meant that it was understandable because it was the first time I read KR MTL and it was much more readable than Chinese MTL.

    My English turned to Engrish after reading mtl but I still do it,you just need the dao of mtl to read young man

    What I meant by Japanese MTL is that I visit syosetu and translate it by google translate.

    I on the other hand have gotten so used to it that the sentences automatically get translated into something readable in my mind.

    The first time I read mtl novel, I was like "WTF is this, this is not a human language" then I just close it again waiting for a real translated chapter. But now I don't even take a glance at the human translated one because somehow I know how to read all those wierd sentence.

    I feel the same, i tried MTL of King Avatar in the past couldn't keep it up for more than 3 chapters it gave me aid, same for some novel in JP it was such a pain in the ass.
    But read GoM in MTL it was more than ok
