What was the last novel you finished? I was kinda curious about what other people got going on. I just finished “The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love.” I loved that 96 chapter novel so much! I’m so happy I read it. I feel so good after finishing it. I started reading it around 3 mouths ago.
Oh yeah! I mean like completed(not just caught up) and this doesn’t have to include extras.
Make sure to format spoilers properly.
Did you like the novel? Do you remember how many chapters there was? Do you remember when you started reading the novel? How long ago did you finish it?

I have read plenty of short novels, but as it turns out the last one I read was Seeking the Flying Sword Path. I actually found it rather interesting IET chose to end the novel when he did; since DE each novel seems to end at a lower power level than the previous. I just hope it's not a sign he's burning out though, because I love his novels.

Joy of Life by Mao Ni. I really enjoyed it, to the end. I already have very low expectations of endings and she did an OK job. I got some of the things I wanted. The journey was what I was there for and it was fantastic.

    World of Warcraft foreign world.
As expected pretty mediocre overall with a shitty ending.

Omg you read the reader and protagonist definitely have to be in true love??!! Kkyyaaa i love that novel very much i noticed it long ago before the novel even complete but i postponed until this year when i realised it's been completely translated I'm not a fan of reading it MTL anyway GOOD CHOICE!

For ur question i don't remember much my last novel most of them times i have rereading the same novel i have finished reading cause i couldn't find a good novel and i am in the middle of exam so I'm kinda worried that it might hindrance me from focusing
Thus 2 hours ago i just finished reading manga Suddenly Became A Princess One Day
AAAHHHH so heartwreching plot urrghh my heart is on a rollercoaster throughout the manga
I totally recommended it!!! And if you like the manga i can recommend you another one with almost the same plot hehehe

The last one I finished is currently being translated (I read the raws on mtl, I finished the novel but my I remember getting a slight headache :blobsick:) anyway, I liked the novel alot and I am re-reading it (the translated version this time :blobsweat_2:)
It got more than 1000+ chapters, I started reading it somewhere at the ends of 2018, it took me a few months to finish it (to get used to MTL and try to understand what was going on especially)
There weren't that many novels that would make me want to finish them as soon as possible after that one, so I am taking my time now reading between 5 and 10 novels everyday although not exactly as sometimes I read more and sometimes less (aside from some fanfictions I read here and there) and other things (like manga and comics, etc...)

For me it was Stop, Friendly Fire! and it was only this week that I finished it after putting it on hold somewhere about 60~70% through from reading from day one.
It was a pretty decent read, though I think the ending was a bit abrupt compared to Toy Car's other works.
With about 300 Chapters it's pretty much average length for a Korean Webnovel, I guess?

Night Ranger, it was cool overall but the ending was disappointing.

I Alone Level-Up? a good novel but the later parts are a bit too rush, imo. make me missed CN novel where the I Alone Level-Up novel ended would only be the 1st arc of the novel, there will be higher realms, worlds etc. I wish good KR novels had many more arcs.

I finally finished Night Ranger some months ago, I had dropped it right before the end (like 20 chapters left) because it was turning so shit and I knew some trashy ending or "find out what happens in the sequel" was coming up.

But somehow I pushed through by reading a chapter or two every month or so, then I read the last 10 chapters in a go a while back and it was just as bad as usual (and as I expected).

The last novel I finished before that was actually Warlock of the Magus World, 3-4-5 years ago when I read ahead from halfway to the end on LNMTL. It also has another one of those "ending that isn't an ending", but it was OK I guess. (Only really bad part was Shadow World.)

But yah, like I mentioned earlier, I tend to drop novels right before the end since usually it's even worse to have read the end than to not have.

Edit: Actually after thinking a bit, the last novel I finished other than Night Ranger might be Dungeon Hunter. It's been years so I don't really remember the order...

Lastest one for me is " You Boys Play Games Very Well "

It is about a love between a live streamer who is called a god in the game he plays, and another player who really loves mocking his opponents. It was a really fun read. No long and annoying misunderstanding arcs. No stupidly complicated love geometrical shapes. No deeply detailed and unneccessarily long porn chapters. It is a relaxing and wholesome story where their twitch followers support them and make emotes from their cute expressions.

I finished AWE last or was it solo leveling. Been quite some time. Since then among the ones I picked, the completed ones are Epoch of Twilight, swallowed star and dragon king son in law, unfortunately I have dropped all three.

did you like "Dungeon Hunter"'s ending?
I also tend to slow near the end of novels. We have to push past it!

It ends prematuraly because like a random reviewer said: It ends there for a good reason.
I agree that it's not bad to end there because i understood that it ends there because MC did everything in the entertainment industry as least once and is like the best/most well known person in China (with FL too) so everything next would be just a remake of before. But yeah it's also disappointing a bit because it ended before marriage life of them (which wouldn't be different of normal i guess). MC proposed at the very end after dating for 4 years. And FL is pregnant.
Disappointing also that it's not harem but conflicted when you think it's not bad with having only 1 true wife. Because there are 2 really interesting girls/women that are also in love with him and are quite really worthy to be with him.

Also i said it's near perfect because :
Near the end. Basically in short, a normal innocent girl that won China THE VOICE ! lost the chance to become a very popular singer (because MC always creates/copy masterpiece songs) by MC when he tried to recruit her in his+FL company, all because she recruited a too greedy agent/secretary that badly negociated, overestimating the popularity of the winner of "The Voice!". Despite novel trying to salvage this by staying friends with MC by him making her recruited by a friend's singer company. It's still depressing (for the sensitive people) because the 3rd place winner took her place becoming very popular (with the first winner knowing this place should have been hers) and the girl first winner becoming a third rate singer in the flood of new singers.

Anyway, plz try it. It's a masterpiece and the romance being not a lot was quite sweet. There were some moments where MC had setbacks but everything became okay in the end. A quite light hearted atmosphere overall. And some originality of author and some copies of our Earth. Perfect wish fulfilment story.
Believe in my enthusiasm and go read it !
