Phantom!Van: "My singing is unpopular for some reason, so I built a magic tool that autotunes me. I'm really good at projecting my voice, though."

i can see that happening though, but van might not want to take the spotlight from kanako so i don't think we'll be seeing it (unless he does a duet with selen)

Actually, what role should Kanako play? I completely forgot about her.

i thought kanako was the lead idol (the dancer, singer and well she writes the songs too) so i think she could fit into all the roles.

Makes sense, but then what does Selen do?

In that case, there will be some tweaking to the plot, but nothing significant. Nevertheless, brilliant! So Kanako and Selen can share different elements of Christine's role, and Van can be the Phantom. Kanako can be the confident one who sometimes gives Selen useful music advice, and Selen can be the shy one intimidated by the managers. Heinz can be a minor actor unsuccessfully trying to be the big shot the audience sees him as. Alda and Vida can be the managers, constantly disagreeing with each other in bureaucratic hell. The monsters and Vida's races can be the actors Vida won't let Alda get rid of, and Bellwood can be the assh assistant manager who sways Alda's opinion and disagrees with everything Vida has to say.

Hold on, I'm on a roll now! Let me write in-depth character descriptions and a full plot.

Carry on, it seems we've got a spin-off parody on our hands here.

Actually, this and Christine's stanza that comes before it both seem to fit Van quite alarmingly well. There is also the fact that Christine has a very very similar feel to the name Selen. Coincidence? I think so, but it's still pretty fun.

Dunno but the awakened Dark King Magic seems to be renamed again, this time to 冥界神魔術. Roughly translates to Underworld God Magic, I guess?

It's awfully quiet over here, why has everyone stopped theorizing?

I'm still working on my parody crossover. Patience.

Also, the next chapter will arrive later today, so a new batch of theories shall arrive in due time.

I have been thinking lately of the fact the only natural disasters on Lamba happen on the areas the Gods don't control such as the Demon King Land.
I find this strange as in Origin its a major part of what the Bravers deal with.
So why is Lamba different and why do they seem so common on Origin as to be a major part of what the Bravers deal with.
Is the magic the cause of the disasters as its controls and changing areas, possibly on a atomic level.
Is magic a cause of natural disasters to happen more often.
We know Origin doesn't have levels, but the magic they get when they move world is normally around level 5, so if we assume magic is a large factor in Natural disasters, higher level magic would cause more damage to the natural environment.
So is the reason the Gods manage the Elements because if they don't it would cause natural disasters to be far more common and make it almost impossible for life to survive.
The reason they need to control each Element might be to ensure the state of the world is returned to normal after the magics effects are complete.

This is just idol theory i have been working on, let me know if you find anything wrong or misinformation.

You're actually doing it? Could I ask how long you think it'll be (word count)when finished?

we've talked about a theory about the gods being pumps before, but it could also be that they act as a pressure regulator or something, where raw mana comes in from outside of the world (lambda, origin, etc) and the "membrane" of the world changes the raw mana to fit into its "laws of physics" but the gods might instead of being "pumps" simply forcing mana into the world, they could instead be like a steam engine, where the water is the "raw mana", the steam is the "refined mana" and the gods keep the pressure at a safe level so the pressure doesn't go beyond safety levels and "burst a pipe", which would stop the steam engine from working, thus stoping the world "physics" from working.

    what do you think?

    I think that makes sense.

I can't really Explain this quite right, but my theory is more along the lines of using magic causes a ripple effect that causes natural disasters, so a fire magic could decease/increase heat from a random location to cause a wildfire somewhere Or using Earth magic that moves the a large amount of Soil can cause a earthquake. (this are aren't quite accurate but i think they are a good metaphor)
Now I don't mean this would happen right away, or even each spell cast, but a multitude of casts could result in this.

you mean like an natural amplifier? increasing the likelyhood of fires starting, amplifying the vibrations of the planet causing more earthquakes? but i'm curious as to why you think that disaters are more likely to happen on lambda than on earth because disasters happen all the time and they take along time to clean up, plus they have to have some downtime to do the charity work and interviews they sometimes do.
