hahaha, they are disappointed that the difficulty of the new rank s dungeon is very low since only 10 rank monsters appeared, but by the time they enter the middle boss room there is a 14th rank dragon and a group of monsters of rank 12 and 13.
and they ask van if it's really the middle boss's room.

 

And the bosses reset after half a day too!

 

Alda is shouting at Sinful Chains, who is sealed and can't hear anything.
Alda is worried about broken Bellwood, and now that Heinz controls him, he needs to explain to Heinz his justice, how he will do that? By explaining about transmigration circles. The rule of not explaining it to mortals was decided by the gods previous to the war, so Alda is now breaking that internal law too.
Alda also reveals that in regard to Vida races, that if he could decide on how to act, that all vida races should just be exterminated, but right now he is following Nineroad's suggestion and tolerating Vida races with no rank. In regard to Selene, he is accepting her just because she will eventually die and not spread her filthy genes.

Meanwhile in Van's new S-Rank unnamed bugged dungeon, the bug is that the behavior is out of control, bosses are climbing up floors, their respawn rate is too fast, and their ranks are up to Rank 14 for now, so it's being a good training for Teamplay and exp farming.
Zadiris is pissed at a Sphinx Wizard Empress and wants to personally kill the poor boss monster. Van's main team also got some interesting titles, I don wonder about Basdia's that seems to include Kyojin (Giant, Titan, Collossus) in hers.

Then, out of the dungeon, Zadiris is depressed and they don't know what to do right now, but they are going to wait until she asks for help or something.
Kanako got the Yuusha/Champion title exclusive for people from another world. Now she asked for a new transformation device.
About Van's new skill, it creates 9, scratch that, 10 large spaces, each space many times bigger than Moksi (so multiple and bigger Noah). He is using 3 as a test, and the other 6 are being closed. He is wondering about turning one of them into a workshop for transforming devices being dealt by clones.
With this new skill they also joke that the skill could be use as a shelter for people, and while usually the population makes the emperor, this skill makes the emperor also into a part of the territory.

 

Getting to see more into Alda's crazy corner. Following Bellwood telling Alda what they did to the Vida races was wrong, He's just shouting at the fully sealed God of Sinful Chains, who can in no way respond to him now.

Also very nice detail that Jarodips kept laughing every time Alda stabbed them with a stake of law. Alda thinks it's because Jarodips is insane, while Jarodips was laughing because every time Alda used a stake that only works on gods of Lambda, he was proving Jarodips wasn't a "dirty invader" anymore at all, but a god of Lambda with his own hands. A fact, of course, Alda is still completely oblivious to.

Also scene ends with the bottom of the dungeon that was once filled with the sounds of chains now filled with nothing but silence.

Meanwhile, Van is having the crew test out the new S-class dungeon he made with [Dungeon Master], where they fight a bunch of monsters including a Rank 14 definitely not King Ghidorah who is featured heavily in the new Godzilla movie promotional material that is making its way around Japan at the moment and Densuke has probably been seeing around. There's also a Sphinx Empress monster, which Zadiris is not happy about.

[Dungeon Master] Has allowed creation of S-class dungeons, and soulless monsters with more advanced AI that can do things like sacrifice themselves at low HP, exhibit better teamwork, move between floors, and so on. [Qliphoth]'s [Internal World] didn't literally create a whole world inside Van, but there are now 9 10 spaces that are multiple times the size of Moski town and allow people inside Van's shadow to operate like outside of it instead of being squished in place. The crew thinks it may be useful for evacuating civilians and stuff like that alongside the previous uses, and Zandia jokes that for a wise king the people are his country, but for the people of Vidal, Van could become their literal country now.

Also did anyone know Jeena thought the demon king avatars were cute? She wants to go roll around in the space Van's decided to set aside for his demon king fragment forces.

Then there's another quick but important lesson about disappointment: Sometimes we can't get muscles no matter how hard we try, and sometimes we can't be anything but a princess no matter how much we want. I think also Zadiris is having a mental breakdown, but we'll have to wait to find out over what exactly since the rest of the crew decided they'd wait for Zadiris to feel comfortable enough to tell them why she's acting weird about her jobs. Good luck Zadiris.

Also Kanako's not just a guider but a champion now too. Which of course Kanako just sees as an excuse to get a new costume and launch the "Lambda Champion Idol Tour 20XX".

Also the giant transformation gear for Deanna is actually under construction now. The Collosus of the Moon's nightmare grows closer.

 

Nothing new from Brainless as he's always been hypocritical of everything.

Funny thing about that is that literally any guy in the entirety of Lamba would be a less cringy choice than those two. The cringe from Van because Van wants nothing to do with Selene, the cringe from Heinz because Heinz is her freaking step-father!

Read the chapter again and it seems like the author changed the number of inner worlds from nine to ten.

 

Haha, this is because it came from the [Qliphoth], which traditionally is a set of 10 Qliphoth / "shells" to mirror the 10 Sefirot / "emanations" in Kabbalah. Guess Densuke miscounted for version 1.

So... van is the key, the gate and what lies beyond now?

 

He prob has more than just 10 domains of Hell, he also has Tartarus (Greek Underworld Imprisonment for titans) and forgot if he has control on 9 of the Abrahamic Hell (seven deadly sins but nine layers of Hell).... just gonna start calling Van a walking Oblivion Gate or a DooM portal at this point.

 

He can probably control what happens in each of them...

Now I'm imagining van as the tree of yggadrasil with all the world's, I wonder if he can level it up so that each 'world' can actually become the size of a world (or close to it)

He can divide it so 3 worlds are underworlds, 3 world are heavenly worlds, 3 worlds are purgatory and the last one is a holiday home or something.

 

Wouldn't be surprising, esp since Bakunawa just did a similar act to Nidhogg by eating a root of Yggdrasil (or Van's soul in this case) and saying it's tasty lol. (kinda a horrible comparison since Nidhogg is a dragon gnawing on the roots of Yggdrasil and is a ruler of dark criminals and is hell-bent on destroying virtue of peace.... then again Bakunawa's insatiable hunger could be seen in said way also but can't see the ruler of dark criminals though lol).

Edit: I seriously hope Bakunawa can get a job named Nidhogg now, more ways to insult Brainless and his yes-men and Guduranis and the DK remnants (and Puny God).

 

Bakunawa won't get jobs, status or skills (or ranks). Like all other natural born demi-gods.

 

Wouldn't put money on that, esp since nothing really stops Van from altering Bakunawa's case a little.

 

I can't see any particular reason why it would be necessary. Bakunawa can already rip demi-gods apart once he gets his teeth into them.
