Forgotten Title Learning martial arts from a t-rex

I remember reading a story where a guy met his senior martial brother or something who was a dinosaur from another dimension and he manages to convince him to teach him body refining because he won't be able to go against his kind since they are from another universe. Any ideas what the story was?

 

How is T-Rex's martial arts even of use to human.. no, what even is T-Rex's martial arts...

 

I think I remember something about dinos from another dimension/universe in stellar transformations? unsure.

There is even something like "Dao of the Brick" or something....so a T-Rex or anything is hardly surprising. The Author can just make up random stuffs with the T-Rex can transform into humanoid form and develop his own signature techniques or something
