Are you sure you wrote that right? I only know H61m and H67 chipsets. Both support up to 16gb ddr3 1033/1066MHz.

If Lenovo made an H69-series of motherboards, there's nothing about them online. The first thing that pops up on Google when I search for IH69M is this forum thread. There's an IH61M, which supports 2 DDR3 DIMMs at 8 GB per DIMM, for up to 16 GB total . To be fair, computers are just fancy adding machines. Almost everything a computer does can be boiled down to simple arithmetic.
Why ask me, I would have change to P67 long ago. Since it's a Matx it's likely 2 dimm slots, even though i don't know the board, and you get 2 8GB ddr3 so 16GB of ram. If it have 4 dimm, most likely supports 32 GB of ram.
