Bro, Li Qiye is op from the start, I'll include the spoiler below for him, but the thing with ED is that mc does not go all out from the start, he only shows just enough to kill the person and even if he shows slightly more one sided kills, its still fine since people always doubt him and this way he has new stronger fodder to kill. Definitely worth the read. Just read you don't want an op mc but started writing this so might as well finish it. Spoiler: Spoiler for OPness of MC Mc has an eternal dao heart which is beyond rare, lucky to have 1 or 2 per epoch, and even then its not guarrented. Basically its the epitome of the dao heart you keep hearing it, and when he uses it against Samsara you know shits getting real.
i know. i read 1000 chapters of ed and felt like i wasted my time. ED is trash and every arc progresses the same way. later on the reset is utter BS and you know it too. not really what i'm looking for. i read about 500 chapters of this and felt that it was going no where. some of the arcs are good and i especially like the singer one but it just feels like the mc is going to be doing the same thing with no progression regarding him trying to get out of the trading club
