I think @Tsuru55 and @canaria23 are assuming that you are in a 'yuri' like relationship with your Liz (or at least they want you two to be if you are not close enough for that kind of relationship ), in fact I think yuri lovers who read this thread would assume and suggest similar things as kissing her
Anyway, I suggest something with a bit of horror and a prank
For example, a being shot cosplay (or hit by a car), like, go in there with 'blood'(paint for example or fake blood) stained clothes and play like you are barely conscious and staggering to walk (make some heavy breathing) and say that you didn't want to miss her birthday for any reason so you ignored your 'fake' injury(that you got on your way to her) then as you start to fake losing consciousness give her a present and faint (thought this prank will depend entirely on your acting skills)

How about... my first idea was somewhere along the lines of, taking her skydiving, and then faking that your parachute wont open, but that wont work very well, i think
