I was reading a story a little while ago but I have forgotten the title. I think it was on wuxiaworld. I can remember if the Mac is a reincarnation, but he inherited the lightning cultivation of the past lightning emperor. He starts off in a small sect, but is kicked out once they learn of his cultivation and he ends up in a Sabre school, eventually leaving there an ascending to a higher realm. Spirit Realm? I don't remember anything about sabers, but I didn't get very far. The MC has lightning powers and was kicked out of the sect he joins.
