a BL i've read that's similar to "Thank You for the Meal" is Gourmet no Fukurami. It's not really mental illness, but the first thing I remembered when I read the synopsis. And it's related to food . I think some well known recommendations are: Ten Count. An Uncomfortable Truth. And even though Killing Stalking isn't yaoi, it has many portrayals of mental illnesses.
