Which Chapter Lin Ming reaches the final level of the mountain

Appreciate all your help in advance. I'm looking for the chapter where LM climbs on to the mountain, em, this is after he takes the resources left to him by the spirit in the cube (to her aunt) and uses them to cultivate and then goes to the competition which involved all the genius' climbing a mountain. Hazy memory hence google search isn't helping.

I think it was a staircase, not a mountain.

Edit: I checked, it was an altar. 1228

 

it starts at chapter 1230 and around chapter 1265 is it almost finished

 

May i ask which novel you're talking about?
