    When i lived in sweden I have a lot of trouble learning the language... This podcast shows one of the reasons perfectly. Btw, 4.40 is my favorite...

    It translates to either "fuck a shy laplander" or "put the left blinker on"

    The middle part of Sweden is a region called Lapland. People from there are referred to as laplanders

    The whole podcast is about inflections and how pausing in the wrong place can change the meaning of a word or whole sentence.

    Their tongue twisters are just as weird xD

    Far, Får får får? Nej, inte får får får, får får lamm.
    Father, do sheep have sheep? No, sheep don't have sheep, sheep have lambs

    I was told it had a lot in common with Japanese, but it's very possible Chinese isn't far off either.

    FUNFACT.
    Chinese Language spoken in Tang or Song Dynasty are actually closer to Hokkian, Cantonese, or other Southern Chinese dialects rather than the North. (Beijing/Mandarin)
