What do you mean by slave of his harem, is it like ha makes a harem then he does travels with them then does everything to make them happy, or something like that?
I mean he will do whatever his harem want or need Save a country, banish evil, fight op monster, go here, go there, bla..bla.. You get the idea..

Good luck finding a good one most of the stories I have read that involves litrpg either get ridiculous over time or their actions are pointless. Spear Master and the Black Cat has game elements into it and is decent at times but it has not been updated in some time. The thing that makes your ask so hard is your need for them to not want revenge, money, or power from their actions. That takes away all the drive for the characters actions and would point to the standard japanese story with the beta-male mc who's whole story has no point.
It has a wide range of stories but pretty much any novel that has video game elements into it. be it status screens, skills, the "world" giving quests to the people, and a lot of times its grouped together with VRMMOS.
