    There's a chrome extension I heard about that lets you open a live chat with anyone who's on the same page iirc.

    Live chat for all websites is what it's called. Downside is no one uses it.

    I don't like nonsensical chatter where participants discuss several topics at the same time. I like it when the conversation focuses on a single topic.
