    Ok, I'll admit it, so this made me laugh a little when I first saw it.

    But still, really? couldn't you have made it into white text or something? I'm not trying to be overly critical here and really, it is WW decision to do what they want, but you have to consider the fact that it is kinda jarring to suddenly have the fourth wall broken, it's like

    Yet, I don't fucking want Deadpool at the party, otherwise I'd have filled the backyard pool with dead people and HCL getting high on the acid fumes. But that's just my opinion.

    thanks, its not so much the protest, I'm 100% onboard with that, but rather that it was in the middle of a paragraph and totally broke immersion, even at the end of a paragraph would've been way better, just sayin

    No, see RWX's post about it:
    Basically, it's a form of trolling Qidian, since they're double hosting WW's novels.

    Which... Makes complete sense to be fair, I lost count of how many novels I read with sudden links to the site of the original host so as to fight aggregators, I can understand why it would be done.

    But... Well, I guess it's a bit strange to see it at WW, since it's a more professional site than most fantranslations.
