Forgotten Title Looking for a BL novel.

It’s a BL novel with apocalypse, rebirth and ability users.

( I don’t remember the novel’s name and my phone’s reading list just got reset...so I can’t find it anywhere.*sad*)

If any of you know, please help me! All I remember are these:
the First chapter is the past life(before their reborn) the MC and ML were the only beings (plants are dead too, I think) left alive on the Earth which was full of toxic gas and zombies. MC was a very (or the most?) powerful ability user and was kind of ML’s master. He’s waiting for ML atop a mountain(?) when ML came back with a can of food, encouraging MC to eat them. MC let ML in his protection barrier against toxic gas where they then sit together. Not long after that, ML died ( he was contaminated when he went looking for food), and then MC died too.

They both reborn back at the beginning of (/before?) the apocalypse.

MC was very resigned and tried of living, from his experience in his past life, so he don’t want to struggle to live though apocalypse again. He kind of gave up.(doesn’t try to go to safe zone like in the past life). (He’ve got high fever, which comes when someone will become high level ability user, and stayed with his sister and her not good friend in their apartment)

After some time, ML came find him. He took MC (and his sister) with him. ML took care and worshiped MC and did everything for him. He tried to encourage MC to live, bc. he know that MC has given up on living. ML’s group of friends had mixed feeling about their friend/leader took in a seemingly useless stranger, but ML was determined. Other refugees who want to come with ML group, must prove their worth, but MC was the only exception. He was worshiped by ML; was carry everywhere, if he want to eat anything ML will find it for him etc.

I only remember until this part. Does anyone have any idea?

MTL means Machine Translated, basically going onto a chinse novel website like jjwxc and dropping that into my good old friend google translate

I am actually not sure, I really don’t remember. And, now I am quite afraid that I haven’t read it here....because no one seems to have seen it before...

...but I read translated novel 98% from Novel Update and 2% from recommendations in internet and just looking up other works of the same translator on whose work I am reading(on Novel Update). So I think that the story should be here...
...But maybe it’s not? ...I really have no idea*crying*

I tried looking through nu filters with the barest tags chosen: shonen AI or Yaoi, apocalypse and none of them looks like it.... the setting is definitely something translated from chinese, but it's not on NU. or hasn't been tagged correctly... might it be a teaser from another site? or one of the few that doesn't like to be linked to nu
