omg, what kind of crap is that... for 600k they can pretty much go anywhere. You can get 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house for 150k. For 600k you also get a good chunk of land, a pool, a large garage, a garden, a really large house with a huge back yard and a deck. And probably still have about a 100k left for the repairs. This show is total BS... or they actually troll people and this all a joke.
yea, that channel seem to post joke videos, so it supposed to be comedy. That's why it doesn't make any sense lol
Depends on the area you are looking in how much a house will cost. Some areas of the U.S. cost less than $75,000 for a big house with a yard where as the same property in a different area can cost over a million. U.S. has some crazy differences in cost of living.
depends on where you live. Here, you would only get a 3 bedroom house at around 600k. If you want 4-5 bedrooms, you would have to pay around 800k plus
I am talking specifically about that Bucks County and areas close to it Btw it's a county populated by a large number of Russians, just FYI
you really need to up your shopping game, my friend or move out of the luxury district with prime real estate... unless you are developing it
I don't live in a luxury district. The housing market here is just that expensive. Our house's price has almost doubled during the 5 years we have lived here (from 450k to 700k or so)
Well, that's great, isn't it? The market hasn't really grown much here where I live since the collapse.
It usually would with the price of the property going up. But overall it's also implies that generally economic situation is getting better and you can get more income
did you have a variable rate mortgage? EDIT: btw, of course the price can vary depending on the house size. You can have the 3bed 2.5 bath house which is 4500 sq ft, or 1500 sq ft. The price will be much different. Plus attached land and other stuff.
The mortgage shouldn't go up normally. It would go up if you refinance, or if for some reason you took it with a variable rate, which means that the bank can dictate what percent a month you pay. My coworker bought a house about 2 years back in Bucks County for 420k, around 4500 sq ft.
