Hello, I'm looking for novels like MookHyang - Dark Lady (manhwa) where a cultivator got transported into a fantasy world or something like that Thanks for the recommendations in advance!
Realms of myths and legends (original on qidian). Not really isekai, cultivator transmigrate into a guy in modern world and choose to play a vrmmropg to get money. Before starting he successfully cultivator a OP body but somehow can't cultivate energy/qi as there is near none on Earth but works in vr game but somehow when system creates the skill for him (because MC got a class that creates his own skills) it somehow bugs out and got "Indefinitely" as remaining time until it is created.
Can plz tell us a nutshell of what happens in the story ? Somehow the summary just indicate that MC is in a isekai. Kinda want to know if he gets comrades or gets a lover, important stuff like that.
The mc is kinda crazy in dao of magic. He gets/kidnaps disciples, a lover and fhcked up a fuckedup world that he was slapped to.
FYI: I paused reading this novel at ch-137, then got distracted with other novels. That said, I suggest you read ch-1, it's the prologue, to get the MC's background: Spoiler Prologue: The MC was transmigrated to a cultivator world as a common villager. He gets is start on cultivation after he chances upon a dead sect disciple with a beginner's manual. Things happen. He uses his modern knowledge to selectively chose his own path. After a thousand years, he's going to Ascend. However pretty much all of the sects are pissed at him by now and try to hinder his ascension. They fail. Unfortunately, the Gods were also pissed at him and diverts his ascension. He wakes up and finds that he was transported to another universe on a planet that has no Qi, but has Mana with a strange mechanic instead. He figures out a workaround to convert Mana to Qi. He's familiar with Qi and finds Qi to be more versatile in this world. He reluctantly picks up a few kids to be his disciples and teaches them how to make and use Qi. Things happen. Later, he starts picking up more people to be disciples. Where I left off, he and his original disciples were sneaking into and looting dungeons that were monopolized by various groups. I can't remember if there was a girl he's sweet on.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEhhhhh ! You sure or you are lying !? How far did you read ? SerialBeggar look at what he said ! Edit: Looked at reviews, looks this series is not that good.
Well, technically, Southmonk is kinda correct. Spoiler The disciples he kidnaps were orphans and slaves. It did take some of them a while to realize that they were better off with him. He chose those specific ones, out of all the other orphans and slaves, because they had a certain something in them. As for messing up this new world, in the long term, yeah the world is kinda screwed. It's due to the nature of Qi. In the short term, the MC doesn't really care too much about collateral damage because Qi is just better than Mana and he's got enough of Qi for now to be OP compared to the natives.
