    I am looking for novels (preferably CN Xianxia/Xuanhuan) where the MC is specialized in making runes, totems or formations or other enchantments.

    I will also like if he makes his own weapons. I guess. Basically, looking for novels where the MC does something else other then cultivation, pills or beast pets.

    Will he continue his talisman cultivation?; I dropped the novel 2 years ago (i don´t know why) and he only used them in the first chapters

    City of Sin may fit. Isn’t the main dish of the novel, but rune inscribing is present for the entire novel, from begin to end.

    It’s more western with some elements of xuanhuan (multiple worlds, evolution through internal energy, saint classification), but it’s pretty blended with a Dungeon’s and Dragons style.

    May be your kind of novel or not, give a read to it’s description and evaluations.
