I started reading a novel a few months ago ,stopped and now i can't remember where i dropped it. the MC (forgot his name) was an ill boy and died ad 16? years old but was reincarnated into a martial world . His father was a genius of a great clan in the little city and his mother was from a distant sea. He started his sword training with his father and achieved the 3? realm of sword cultivation?(i'm not really sure about this) . later he got an immortal mansion in which he trained. A few years after some young master from one of the 5 top clans in the capital came to his city and brought him and some other guys to an immortal mansion , in which later the MC killed him for trying to kill his mother. The rich clan wanted to kill the MC but couldn't find him.After he trained in his mansion the MC went to the capital to an auction .The last chapters i read were how a princess? was his cousin from his mother's side and went to meet him and the auction was just about to begin . I hope this is enough to recognize the novel and chapter on which i stopped.sorry if something is unclear because i can't remember it clearly because i read many different novels so it all mixed up.Thank you for your help
